Interpretation is scarcer than information.

Most leaders no longer need convincing that these technologies matter. The briefings arrive weekly. The vendor decks are fluent. Everyone at the table has read the same headlines.

What is scarce is interpretation. Which shifts are durable and which are noise. Which decisions can wait a year, and which compound quietly while they wait.
